The Dignity of Work

Work is an expression of our dignity and our involvement in God's creation. People have a right to decent work, fair wages, and private property. The economy exists to serve people, not vice versa.

Leadership In Action

The Holy Eucharist Pastoral Council serves as a consultative body and shares in the responsibility for the pastoral life of Holy Eucharist parish under the leadership of the Pastor.  As partners in faith, the Council participates in the threefold pastoral planning process by investigating pastoral matters thoroughly, considering them prayerfully and proposing recommendations to the Pastor.  As a collaborative body, the work of the Council is rooted in prayer and reflection on God’s Word.  Pastoral planning helps to discern the vision for the parish community in fulfilling its mission to reach out in love to all others.

The Parish Building and Grounds Committee oversees the development and implementation of the Church's Capital Improvement Program as well as maintaining a variety of System-wide facility projects. They are also responsible for managing or providing oversight for all major capital projects at the parish.

The Liturgical Committee aids the pastor in implementing the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy and all follow-up liturgical documents of the Church through education. They help in practical ways through the planning and coordination of parish celebrations and  develop liturgical spirituality among clergy and faithful .Some duties of the committee encompass the preparation of Special Ministers of the Eucharist, planning and coordinating parish liturgical celebrations and the training liturgical ministers when necessary.

The Liturgy Committee consists of Art & Environment, Altar Servers,

Choir & Music, Eucharistic Ministers , Lectors, Sacristans and Ushers
